4E Welding & Design Inc. is currently hiring Paint Labourers, Industrial Painters, and Sandblasters at both our Calgary Paint Facility and Aldersyde Shop. This is an excellent opportunity for physically fit individuals who are eager to contribute to meaningful projects and grow within a supportive, hands-on environment.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Location: Calgary & Aldersyde

• Wages: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Industrial painting of trailers, oilfield and heavy-duty equipment

• Sandblasting surfaces in preparation for paint

• Masking/demasking and preparing surfaces for finishing

• Loading/unloading racks for blasting and painting

• General cleaning and support tasks within the paint shop

• Assisting with customer loading and unloading as needed

Qualifications:

• Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly

• Forklift or yard equipment experience is an asset

• Experience with industrial paint processes or blasting is a plus

• Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
